Sometimes the best moments are when you’ve just finished a great ride. Your horse is put away. You’re simply sitting in the setting sun, a barn kitty is playing in the grass in front of you, your muscles are pleasantly sore and you’re totally relaxed. That’s one of the many lovely meanings of the phrase, “staying centered.”
